对湖南省稻田烟与山地烟理化特性进行了分析,结果表明稻田烟叶与山地烟叶理化指标大多存在显著或极显著差异,山地烟叶含梗率高于稻田烟叶,去梗干物质、单位叶面积重比稻田烟叶小;稻田烟叶的物理特性比山地烟叶相对稳定;稻田烟叶总糖、总氮、钾、氯、两糖差显著高于山地烟叶,而烟碱、钾氯比低于山地烟叶;稻田烟叶的β-胡萝卜素和芸香苷含量显著高于山地烟叶,叶黄素含量显著低于山地烟叶,而绿原酸含量差异不显著。
