稻田烟叶与山地烟叶理化特性比较分析 被引量:1

摘要 对湖南省稻田烟与山地烟理化特性进行了分析,结果表明稻田烟叶与山地烟叶理化指标大多存在显著或极显著差异,山地烟叶含梗率高于稻田烟叶,去梗干物质、单位叶面积重比稻田烟叶小;稻田烟叶的物理特性比山地烟叶相对稳定;稻田烟叶总糖、总氮、钾、氯、两糖差显著高于山地烟叶,而烟碱、钾氯比低于山地烟叶;稻田烟叶的β-胡萝卜素和芸香苷含量显著高于山地烟叶,叶黄素含量显著低于山地烟叶,而绿原酸含量差异不显著。 The study mainly analyzed the physicochemical characteristics of tobacco planted in rice paddy and mountain area in Hunan. The results showed the physicochemical indicators of tobacco in the soil of rice paddy and mountain reached the significant differences and very significant differences. Among the results, the indicator of containing terrier of the tobacco planted in mountain area was higher than that of the rice paddies, but the indicators of dry matter removed stems and the leaf weight of elemental area were lower than those of the rice paddies ; The physicochemical characteristics of tobacco planted in rice paddy were more steady than that of the mountain area, the total sugar, total nitrogen, potassi- um, chloride, the content of total sugar and reducing sugar of tobacco in the soil of the rice paddy were obviously higher than those of the mountain area, but nicotine, potassium chlorine ratio of the tobacco in the soil of the rice paddy were lower; There was a significant difference in the indicators, including the β -carotene, lutein , rutin content, but the difference was not significant in the content of chlorogenic acid, the content of the β - carotene and rutin in the tobacco of the soil of rice paddy was higher,while, the content of lutein was lower.
