下丘脑腹内侧核损伤性肥胖大鼠氨基酸代谢的变化 被引量:1

CHANGES IN AMINO ACID METABOLISM IN VENTROMEDIAL HYPOTHALAMUS-LESIONED OBESE RATS

摘要 目的 探讨下丘脑腹内侧核损伤性肥胖大鼠氨基酸代谢的变化。方法 下丘脑腹内侧核损伤性肥胖大鼠用 2 m A直流电造成下丘脑腹内侧核损伤后 1、2、4、6、1 0及 1 2周收集血样 ,分析血清氨基酸、葡萄糖及甘油三酯浓度。结果  (1 )损伤后 1 2周 ,肥胖大鼠的血清葡萄糖和甘油三酯浓度明显增高 ;(2 )肥胖大鼠的血清支链氨基酸即缬氨酸、亮氨酸及异亮氨酸明显高于非肥胖组 ;(3)肥胖大鼠血清中的一些生糖性氨基酸如苏氨酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸明显增高 ;(4)肥胖大鼠的血清精氨酸水平随肥胖的发展而呈进行性下降。结论 下丘脑腹内侧核损伤性肥胖大鼠不仅血糖、血脂代谢紊乱 ,而且氨基酸代谢发生了异常的改变。 Objective:[WT5BZ] To get insight into the changes in amino acid metabolism in ventromedial hypothalamus(VMH) lesioned obese rats. [WT5FZ]Methods: [WT5BZ]The concentrations of serum amino acids, cholesterol and triglyceride were determined in SD rats with VMH lesions. [WT5FZ]Results:[WT5BZ] (1) The levels of serum glucose, triglyceride was significantly increased as compared with control at the 12 th week after VMH lesions. (2) The concentrations of serum branched chain amino acids i.e. valine, leucine and isoleucine rose significantly. (3) The concentrations of gluconeogenic amino acids such as threonine, glycine, alanine were also increased compared with control. (4) In contrary to the above amino acids, the level of serum arginine was decreased gradually with the development of the obesity. [WT5FZ]Conclusion: [WT5BZ]Abnormal metabolism occurs not only in glucose and triglyceride but also in amino acids in VMH lesioned obese rats. [WT5”FZ]
