Automatic Monitoring of Organic Waste Gas Treatment in LCD Panel Production

液晶面板生产过程中会排放部分含有有机成分的废气，为防止污染环境，在生产过程中要采取必要的工艺对尾气进行处理。自动化监控技术能够节约人力资源成本，同时还能够实时的反映处理效果以及时调整工艺，使处理效果更好。本文主要介绍液晶面板生产过程中所采用的自动化监控技术，体现自动化监控技术在废气处理中的优越性。

Waste gas containing organic components will be discharged during the process of LCD panel production, thus, waster gas treatment is needed in the production to avoid environment pollution. The automatic monitoring technology can not only save the cost of human resources, but also reflect the effect of treatment timely, so that we can adjust the treat- ment procedure accordingly to achieve better result. This paper mainly introduces the automatic monitoring technology used in the LCD panel production, and its advantages in the waste gas treatment.
