摘要
为探讨仙灵骨葆对大鼠去卵巢骨质疏松模型腰椎骨整体骨量和构成成分的影响 ,将 40只 10月龄 Wistar雌性大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、仙灵骨葆组和倍美力组 ,每组 10只。正常组仅行假手术 ,其余 3组行卵巢切除术。术后 91天开始给药 ,连续用药满90天后处死 ,取出第 2腰椎 ,测定整体骨量和钙、磷、有机质含量。结果表明仙灵骨葆能明显提高骨质疏松大鼠腰椎骨的整体骨量和钙、磷含量 。
In order to explore the influence of “XIANLING GUBAO” (XG, a TCD preparation for osteoporosis) on the whole bone quantity and components of the lumbovertebral bone in ovariectomized rat, 40 Whistar female rats aged 10 months were divided into 4 groups: the normal, modelled, XG treated and Premarin treated, 10 each. The normal group was only sham operated and other three groupswere ovariectomized. Ninety one days after operation, the rats were given the medicines for 90 days and then killed, the second lumbar vertebrae were taken out, and the whole bone quantity and the contents of calcium, phosphorus and organic matters were measured. The results showed that XB could significantly increase the whole bone quantity and the contents of calcium and phosphorus of the lumbovertebral bone and regulate the level of organic matters in osteoporosis rats.
