基于优先级排队模型的医院病床安排

Sickbed Arrangement Based on Priority Queuing Model

本文选取了一个眼科医院病床安排的具体案例来进行分析研究,通过建立一个由成本指标,病床使用率和病床周转次数组成的评价体系来对现在医院普遍采用的先来先服务(FCFS)模式进行评价分析,提出该服务模式的不足,并且根据不同病症治疗周期的不同,结合案例中所收集出的数据,基于优先级排队论建立了病床安排的最优模型,并检验了模型的实用性,使医院更加合理有效地配置其自身的资源。

This paper selected a department of Ophthalmology of hospital beds arrangement of specific cases to analyze, through the es- tablishment of a cost index, utilization rate of hospital beds and bed turnover number consisting of evaluation system for hospital now commonly used by the first come first service （ FCFS ） to evaluate the model analysis, the service model, and according to different dis- eases treatment cycle is different, combining with the case of collect data, based on the priority queuing theory to set up a hospital for the optimal model, and test the model＇s utility, make the hospital more rational and efficient allocation of its resources.
