The Innovative Study of Teaching Mode in the Major of Aviation Electro-mechanical Equipment Maintenance

高职航空机电设备维修专业所采用的传统的教学模式已不能满足毕业生在工作中的需要,急需创新教学模式。教学模式的创新涉及到专业培养目标、课程建设、教育管理方法、教师队伍的建设等。创新要遵循教育规律,科学合理地协调好上述各个教学环节与新的教学模式的关系,才能达到教学模式创新的目的。

The major of higher vocational aviation electro-mechanical equipment maintenance adopts traditional teaching mode,which can not satisfy the needs of graduates in their work,so it urgently needs the innovation of teaching mode.The innovation of teaching mode involves professional training goal,curriculum construction,the method of education management,and the construction of teaching staff.Innovation should follow educational rule to coordinate the relationship between each teaching link and the new teaching mode scientifically and rationally,so that it can achieve the goal of teaching mode innovation.
