高职院校教师专业实践能力的培养策略

The Training strategy of Teachers' Professional Practical Ability in Higher Vocational Colleges

培养一支具备较强专业实践能力的教师队伍是高职院校师资队伍建设的关键。在高职教育的发展和改革过程中,部分教师的专业实践能力不能满足目前的高职教育改革的要求。通过分析高职院校教师专业实践能力的现状,提出了提高高职院校教师的专业实践能力要注重评价体系的导向作用,注重专兼结合和多层次培训,加强校企合作等主要措施。

It is the key to training teaching staff with strong professional practical ability for the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges.In the development of higher vocational education and the process of reform,part teachers＇ professional practical ability can not satisfy the needs of higher vocational education reform.Through analyzing the present condition of teachers＇ professional practical ability in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the main measures on the enhancement of teachers＇ professional practical ability should focus on the guiding function of evaluating system,pay attention to the combination of part-time work and full-time work and multi-level training,and strengthen college-enterprise cooperation.
