校企合作办学模式下德育工作方法与途径探析

Analyzing the Method and Approach of Moral Education Work under the Mode of College-enterprise Cooperation

当前,社会对各类人才的质量和数量的需求更加迫切。高职院校德育工作要适应工学结合、校企合作办学模式"合作育人"的内在要求,树立育人为本、德育为先的理念,遵循职业教育规律和人才成长规律,坚持以社会主义核心价值体系建设为主线,以培养大学生职业道德、职业精神和道德实践能力为目标,正确分析德育工作现状,努力探索德育工作新方法新途径,增强德育工作的实效性。

At present it is more urgent for society to each-type talents＇ quality and quantity.Moral education work in higher vocational colleges should adapt to the internal requirement of cooperating education with the running mode of work-study combination and college-enterprise cooperation.It should establish the concept of education and moral education first,following the rule of vocational education and talents＇ growth.It should stick to socialism core value system as the main line.With the objective of cultivating college students＇ vocational moral,spirit and practical ability,it analyzes the present condition of moral education correctly,and explores the new approach for moral education work to strengthen the actual effect of moral education work.
