谈辽宁省高职高专“孵化”模式下的学生管理

On Students' Management under the Mode of Higher Vocational Incubation in Liaoning Province

随着辽宁省高等教育改革的深化和高等教育的蓬勃发展,在教育资源稀缺城市,通过"孵化"办学方式举办应用性本科教育,这对学生管理工作提出更高要求。高职高专院校必须从自身情况出发,了解"孵化"办学模式的产生背景和高职高专学生管理现状,找出"孵化"办学模式下学生管理的特殊性,分析学生管理中可能出现的新问题,最终是要提升高职高专学生的入学幸福度。

With the deepening reform of higher education and the rapid development of higher education in Liaoning province,running application-oriented undergraduate education raise a claim for students＇ management work through incubation method in the city of scarce educational resource.Higher vocational colleges should start from their own condition,and understand the production background of incubation running mode and the present condition of management for higher vocational students.It can find the specificity of students＇ management under the running mode of incubation,and analyze the new problem probably occurred in students＇ management.It finally promotes higher vocational students＇ happiness of entrance.
