This paper focuses on discussing the necessity and feasibility of serving the new coun- tryside culture construction by agricultural colleges and universities in Hebei Province, analyzing the China＇s socialism new socialist countryside culture construction situation of Hebei Province combined with practical experience of Agricuteral University of Hebei to seek for an effective way.
