摘要
就高校贫困生资助资金的来源及使用现状、贫困生资格认定、现有资助模式的弊端等问题进行了分析,提出了完善贫困生审核体系、科学编制预算、建立监督审计制度、创新资助模式等改进措施,为高校贫困生资助资金的财务管理提供了参考。
