高校“达标·竞标”双核型先进班级评选制度探微

On study of college's standards and biddings:evaluative methods of advanced class on double-standard

传统竞标式即按比例操作的先进班级评选办法在实践中出现了为化解"垄断独占"最终蜕变成"轮流坐庄"的现实困境,失去了应有的激励作用与存在价值。为此,按照"只要达标,就获表彰"的思路,坚持"以达标为根,以竞标为干"的原则,以学风建设、科技创新、文体技艺、基础文明、班团工作为主要内容,设计出"达标.竞标"双核型先进班级即达标式先进班级与竞标式特色班级的评选办法。

The traditional biddings＂ model, as the evaluative method of advanced class in propor- tional practice has been in trouble from monopolizing or engrossing to controlling in turns, has lost its original incentive effect and existed value. Therefore, with the concept ＂As long as meet- ing standards, commendation should be awarded, on the principle ＂the basis of standards and the principal of biddings＂, this paper has devised a new evaluative method of advanced class based on the construction of style of study, innovation of science and technology, academic and sports skills, basic ethics, and working of classroom and youth League Committee, which is an evalu- ative system of advanced class becsed on double-standard of standard and bidding.
