摘要
对于网络成瘾行为而言,有效的自我调节是通过一套能促进和保持习惯改变的心理亚功能而发挥作用。自我效能作为个体运用能力解决问题的信心,它决定着人们在行动中的努力和坚持程度。随着自我效能理论在临床心理学领域的成功应用,高校教育管理工作者帮助网瘾学生矫治对自我效能预期的认知评估来源,从而提升自我效能感,引导大学生走出网络成瘾状态。
Internet Addiction Disease (IAD) can be effectively cured by self- efficacy which emphasizes the psy- chological sub - function on stimulating the change of some accustomed habits. As the confidence of an individu- al to deal with problems, self- efficacy determines peoples' diligence and persistence in the process of conduction. With the wide adoption of self - efficacy in the field of clinical psychology, teachers in the institutions for higher learning can help those intemet addicted students recognize their cognition evaluation sources, enhance their sense of self - efficacy, and get rid of their internet addiction.
