高等教育国际化进程中文化因素无处不在,必须在维护本民族文化特性的前提下,加强文化了解及认同、整合不同文化,促进文化发展。高等教育国际化要培养的是具有国际文化视野的高素质的高级人才,高等教育国际化与文化发展密不可分。

Cultural factors is everywhere in the course of higher education internationalization. On the base of maintaining the national culture characteristics in the premise, it is important to promote cultural under- standing and identity, to integrate of the different culture, improve cultural development. The international- ization of higher education should cultivate high-quahty senior personnel who have international cultural vision. Higher education internationalization and cultural development is inseparable.
