摘要
通过探索与高职工学结合校企双主体的人才培养模式相匹配的教学模式,人力资源管理专业采用实证研究,形成了"认知学习—课程实训—综合实训—教学企业—顶岗实习"的全方位立体化的五层次实践教学模式。
This paper explored the teaching mode which matches training mode combining learning with school-enterprise dual main and empirical research on human resources management major. The author puts forward a full three-dimensional teaching mode in five levels practice which consists of cognitive learning, courses training, comprehensive training, teaching enterprises, and post practice.
