摘要
B类工作、谐波调谐和改进器件是提高功率GaAsFET放大器功率附加效率的三个重要因素。本文综述了国外B类功率GaAsFET放大器的现状。
Class B operation, harmonic tuning and improved device are three important factors for increasing power added efficiency of power GaAsFET. This paper summarizes the overseas present situation of class B power GaAsFET amplifier.
