摘要
目的建立延胡索药材的HPLC指纹图谱,考察不同产地延胡索的药材质量,为延胡索药材的质量控制提供客观依据。方法应用kromasil,C18,5u,250×4.6 mm柱,柱温25℃,流动相为乙腈-0.1%醋酸水溶液(三乙胺调pH为6)进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL min-1,紫外检测波长为280 nm,采用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价2004A版"软件计算不同产地延胡索药材指纹图谱的相似度。结果 12批药材的相似度均在0.94以上,确定了14个共有峰,建立了延胡索药材HPLC指纹图谱。结论建立了不同产地延胡索药材的指纹图谱,反映了延胡索药材的内在组成,本法可作为延胡索药材的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish HPLC-fingerprint of Rhizoma Corydalis from different habitats for the quality control. Methods The determination was performed as follows： kromasil C18 （250 mm^4.6 mm, 5 ~tm） column, the mobile phase acetonitrile-0.1% acetate buffer solution （pH 6.0 with triethylamine ） in gradient elution, the flow rate 1.0 mLomin1 and UV detection wavelength 280 nm. The similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fringerprint of TCM was used to evaluate the similarity of Rhizorna Corydalis from different habitats. ResuLt Similarity of 12 Rhizoma Corydalis samples were between 0.923 and 0.999, and the fingerprint of Rhizoma Corydalis was established by 14 common peaks indicated. Conclusion The inherent characters of Rhizorna Corydalis from different habitats were reflected by the fingerprint established. This method co^tLd be used for quality control ofRhizoma Corydalis.
