神龙脉通口服液活血化瘀作用的实验研究

Experimental Study on Blood CircμLation to Blood Stasis of Sheng Long Mai Tong Oral Liquid

目的研究神龙脉通口服液的活血化瘀作用。方法用冰水游泳加肾上腺素致大鼠急性血瘀模型以及胶原蛋白—肾上腺素诱发小鼠体内血栓模型,研究神龙脉通口服液对大鼠血液流变学以及体内血栓形成的影响。结果神龙脉通口服液能明显降低大鼠全血粘度,全血粘度高、中、低切,全血还原低切以及红细胞压积粘度,减轻血瘀模型大鼠血液粘、滞状态,并能抑制胶原蛋白—肾上腺素诱发的小鼠体内血栓的形成。结论神龙脉通口服液具有改善血液流变学和抑制体内血栓形成的作用。

Objective To study on the blood CircμLation to blood stasis of Sheng Long Mai Tong Oral Liquid. Methods Two kinds of animal models （the rat model of cute blood stasis induced by swimming in icy water combining adrenalin and the mouse model of thrombus in vivo induced by collagen and adrenalin） were used to observe the effects of Shen Long Mai Tong Oral Liquid on hemorrheology and the formation of thrombus in vivo. ResμLts These tesμLts showed that Shen Long Mai Tong Oral Liquid copLd decrease whole blood viscosity, whole blood high shear viscosity, whole blood middle shear viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity, whole blood reduced viscosity and hematocrit viscosity, easing the blood state of ＂viscosity＂ and ＂stasis＂. At the same time, it coμLd also inhibit the formation of thrombus in vivo on mice induced by collagen and adrenalin. Conclusion Shen Long Mai Tong Oral Liquid had the effects of improving hemorrheology and inhibiting the formation of thrombus in vivo.
