摘要 目的优选并确立侧柏叶总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法以侧柏叶中总黄酮的含量为指标,采用正交试验法对提取过程中乙醇浓度及用量、提取时间、提取温度4因素进行优选研究。结果所考察的因素中,影响侧柏叶总黄酮的提取的显著因素是乙醇浓度。结论以总黄酮为考察指标的最佳工艺为A1C3D2B3,即50%乙醇,料液比1:25,回流时间2.5 h,回流温度90℃,提取2次。该工艺简单易行,是提取侧柏叶总黄酮的有效途径。 Objective To establish the optimized extraction process of total flavone from Platycladi Cacumen. Methods The content of total flavone in Platycladi Cacumen used as an index and the four factors in the course of extraction such as the concentration and dosage of ethanol, extractive time and extractive temperature were investigated. ResuLt Among the factors studied, the concentration of ethanol was a remarkable factor influencing the extraction of total favone from Platycladi Cacumen. Conclusion The optimized extraction process of total flavone from Platycladi Cacumen was A1C3D2B3, which was 50% ethanol, at a solid liquid of 1:25, refluxing for 2.5 h at 90℃ and extracting for 2 times. The extraction method shoμLd be appropriate, simple and feasible.
