摘要
目的提高加味左金丸的质量标准。方法采用显微鉴定法和TLC法进行定性鉴定;采用HPLC法对黄芩苷和甘草酸进行含量测定。结果处方中14位中药粉末显微特征明显;采用TLC法鉴定了方中的甘草、白芍和黄芩,色谱斑点清晰,分离度良好,阴性无干扰;采用HPLC法测定了方中成份黄芩苷平均回收率为98.16%,RSD为1.32%(n=6),甘草酸平均回收率为96.43%,RSD为0.55%(n=6)。结论本实验所确定的方法简便、准确;精密度、稳定性、重复性良好,可用于加味左金丸的质量控制。
Objective To provide a method of the quality standard for Jiawei Zuojin Pill. Methods Microscopic identification was used to identify the whole fourteen Chinese medicine in Jiawei Zuojin Pill and three ingredients were identified by TLC. HPLC was used for content determination of Baicalin and Glycyrrhizic Acid. ResμLt The microscopic characteristics of whole fourteen Chinese medicine in Jiawei Zuojin Pill were obvious. TLC was employed in qualitative identification of Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae , Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Scutellariae. HPLC cogLd be used for determination of Baicalin and Glycyrrhizic Acid content. The average recovery rate of Baicalin was 98.16% with the RSD of 1.32% (n=6); The average recovery rate of Glycyrrhizic Acid was 96.43% with the RSD of 0.55% (n=6). Conclusion The method was simple, accurate, stable and reproducible. It coμLd be used for quality control of Jiawei Zuojin Pill.
