盾构机刀盘由多个电机共同驱动,需要对多电机进行同步控制和负载平衡控制,即让电机速度相同的情况下,承担相应的平均负载。本文描述了多电机同步控制的几种方式,并对各种控制方式的特点进行了比较,同时介绍了Φ8780土压平衡盾构机刀盘驱动的实际应用。
The shield machine cutter is driven together by several motors. We need to carry on the synchronous and the load balance controls to many motors, then let the motor speed is same under average load. This text described a few methods that many motors synchronously control and compared the characteristics of various control method. At the same time introducing actual application of the q08780 Earth Press Balance shield machine cutter drive.
