摘要
高校工作的一项重要内容之一就是对教师的教学质量进行评判,如何公正公平地对教师教学质量进行评判成为一项重要问题.以往对教师的综合评判多为定性分析,带有一定的主观性和片面性,不够全面准确.将模糊数学中的模糊综合评判应用于教师教学质量评估,给出了具体步骤,这种方法具有一定的科学性和合理性.
A university is one of the important content of teaching quality evaluation, how fair on teachers' teaching quality evaluation is becoming an important problem. Teachers' comprehensive evaluation to the qualitative analysis, with a certain degree of subjectivity and one-sidedness, is not comprehensive enough accurate. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation applied to the evaluation of teachers' teaching quality, presents the concrete steps, this method has certain scientific sex and rationality.
