摘要
借鉴国内外有关自我表露理论和研究经验,采用自我表露训练方法提高中学生人际交往水平,通过实验干预探讨自我表露训练对中学生的人际交往效能感水平的影响。实验过程采取同质分班,分前测、实验、后测三个阶段对实验班和对照班进行前后测的等组实验设计,研究中学生通过自我表露训练辅导后,其人际交往效能感在各维度上的变化情况。
The purpose of this study is to explore the students' characteristics and status of self-disclosure, drawing on relevant theories and research experience at home and abroad. The main instruments are three questionnaires about self-disclosure contents, self-disclosure approach and functional understanding of self-disclosure. In this study, not only self-disclosure is analyzed on the gener- al characteristics of students, but also gender and grade differences are examined in self-disclosure.
