广西新建本科院校辅导员队伍专业化建设仍然存在明显不足,必须建立一套完整的制度并认真实施,方可彻底解决问题。
Since there are obvious shortages in the professional construction of the counselors in Guangxi new-upgraded under- graduate universities, it has to build a complete system and carry it out in order to solve problems thoroughly.
