临床分离猪源性链球菌的耐药性分析

Analyzes on Drug Resistance of Streptococcus Isolated from Clinical Patients

对吉林地区临床分离的猪源链球菌进行分离鉴定和体外抗菌活性试验,为选择治疗猪链球菌病的最佳药物及临床科学用药提供参考。试验选用11种临床常用药物,对临床分离的36株链球菌进行了MIC测定。结果表明,链球菌对所测的11种药物中有9种产生了不同程度的耐药性,只有秦妙菌素和氟苯尼考对临床所分离的链球菌比较敏感。说明吉林省猪链球菌耐药率普遍较高,养殖场应予以高度重视。

In order to offer best drug and science medication to treat swine streptococcus, through streptococcus abstract identity and vitro - antibacterial activity test. Adoption eleven commonly used drags to minimal inhibitory concentration of thirty six streptococci isolated from clinical patients. The results showed that nine drugs generate dif- ferent drug resistance, only florfenicol and rhzomorph were sensitive to streptococcus. The results showed that the re- sistant rate of Streptococcus suis was widely at the high level in Jilin province. The farmers and relevant workers should pay high attention to this matter.
