With the development of educational philosophy, teachers＇ professional development has become the core topic of teacher education. Analyzes the content of teachers＇ professional development, explores the definition and feature of reflective teaching, reaches the conclusion that reflective teaching is the driving three of teachers＇ pro- fessional development, and indicates its implementation processes.
