摘要
随着教育理念的发展,教师专业发展成为教师教育的核心话题。分析了教师专业发展的内涵,探讨了反思性教学的内涵及特点,得出反思性教学是教师专业发展的推动力,并指出其实施的途径。
With the development of educational philosophy, teachers' professional development has become the core topic of teacher education. Analyzes the content of teachers' professional development, explores the definition and feature of reflective teaching, reaches the conclusion that reflective teaching is the driving three of teachers' pro- fessional development, and indicates its implementation processes.
