Socialism in Changing Era: an Analysis of 20th Congress of Communist Party of India(Marxist)

2012年4月4—9日,印共(马)在印度西南部港口城市科泽科德召开了第二十次全国代表大会,讨论并通过了《关于一些意识形态问题的决议》。在《决议》中,印共(马)对当今时代资本主义发展的新特征和变革世界中的社会主义等问题进行了全面深刻的剖析。与此同时,印共(马)指出了社会主义国家为应对国际金融垄断资本的挑战而进行的改革及其所产生的影响。在此基础上,印共(马)对印度走向社会主义的发展道路进行了新的探索。

The Communist Party of India （Marxist） [ CPI （M） ] held the 20th Congress in Kozhikode, a port city of Southwest India on April 4 - 9, 2012. It discussed and voted through Resolution on Some Ideological Is- sues. In the Resolution, CPI （M） had a comprehensive and profound analysis on the relationship between the new characteristics of capitalism and the socialism in changing world in modem times. Meanwhile, CPI （M） also point- ed briefly out the reforms and its consequences, which were made by real socialist countries in order to meet the challenge from international financial monopoly capital. On this basis, CPI （M） opens up a new avenue of explo- ration on socialism in India.
