摘要
目的 探讨手传振动对接触者早期职业损害的指标 ,避免发生手传振动导致的不可逆改变。方法 对 12 8名暴露于不同接振剂量的工人及对照者的手指皮温和一些有关的主客观症状进行调查。结果 与对照组相比 ,随接振剂量的增强和工龄的延长 ,手指皮温显著下降 ,对照组及不同接振组工人手指皮温的下降率分别为 5 .6 0 %、30 .95 %、5 7.5 8%和 75 .0 0 % ,同时受试者的痛阈降低。结论 手指皮温下降是手传振动从业者末梢血循环功能损害的早期表现 。
Objective To study the early indicator of hand arm vibration damage and avoid irreversible changes of hand arm vibration disease. Methods 128 workers who were divided into 4 groups according to different levels of vibration exposure and 36 controls were studied.The dermal temperature of right fourth finger was detected with dot thermocouple graph after 5 min rest at 16~20 ℃ environment temperature.Meanwhile cool water test,hand function examination and other occupational checks were conducted. Results The finger dermal temperature was decreased significantly when the level of hand vibration and worker′s standing increased.The decrease rates in control and different vibration exposed groups at 21 ℃ were 5.60%,30.95%,57.58% and 75.00% respectively,and pain suffering threshold in exposed workers declined. Conclusion The decrease of finger dermal temperature was the early manifestation of peripheral circulation damage of hand arm vibration and may be regarded as an indicator for early diagnosis and hygiene assessment of hazard of hand arm vibration.
