环保行政事业单位财务管理问题及对策研究

A Study on Financial Management Problems and Countermeasures of Environment-protectional Administrative and Service Department

党的十七大以来,国家不断加大对了环境保护各项工作的资金投入,各级环保行政事业单位所管理和支配的资金迅速增加,现行环保行政事业单位财务管理手段和方法已不能满足新形势环保的需求。本文对环保行政事业单位财务管理问题及其对策进行了深入研究,认为:各级环境保护行政事业单位应该从建立健全财务日常管理制度和资金预算制度等方面具体加强自身财务管理,以应对新形势的需要。

Since the Seventeenth Party Congress ~ the funds of the environmental protection was increased continuly, the funds managed and controlled by the environmental protection departments was more and more, and almoste all the existing environmental financial manage- ment tools and methods can not meet the new situation of environmental protection requirements. We studyed on the financial management problems and countermeasures environmental protection administrative and service department that： environmental protection departments should establish daily and capital budget systems to strengthen its own financial management, in response to the new situation needs.
