Reserch of Power Plant Benefits Based on the Concept of Cleaner Production

本文从电厂清洁生产方案入手,通过对原料选择、技术革新、设备更新、工艺改造、生产过程中内部循环利用等环节的全过程控制,提高了资源利用率,最大程度地减少废弃物的产生和排放,是使工业生产最终产生的废物最少的源头控制模式,同时使企业获得环境效益、经济效益和提高产品质量,实现环境效益和经济效益的统一,最大程度上实现环境友好生产。

In this paper, the entire process control, which mainly includes the choice of4 raw materials,technological innovation,equip- ment updating, process modification and cycling utilization within the production process, is analysed to improve the resource utilization and minimize the waste generation and emission based on the power plant cleaner production program. The entire process control is also the most effective way to reduce all kinds of pollutants from the source. Power enterprises can improve the quality of the product and obtain environ- mental and economic benefits by taking the entire process control. Ultimately, the environmental and economic benefits could be united and the environment -friendly production could be achieved.
