摘要
住宅区项目多建于城市中人口较密集的区域,在施工期间及日后营运过程中容易对居民造成一定干扰。随着可持续发展理念的提出以及人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对家庭住宅的要求也从生存型逐渐转变为舒适型。绿色生态住宅这一概念的引入,各式各样的绿色房地产不断涌现。绿色生态小区的开发建设不但能改善人们居住的环境和城市的格局,同时也能满足人们对生活空间和生活品质的要求。本文从环评角度就绿色房地产项目中的环保实施要求作初步探讨。
