摘要
原子荧光光度法是一种优良的痕量分析技术,具有灵敏度高、干扰少、可多元素同时分析等特点。本文应用原子荧光分光光度法测定地表水中微量砷、汞和硒。通过实验对砷、汞和硒元素的精密度、准确度等一系列分析证明:本方法具有一次性消化样品,同时测定砷、汞和硒含量,方法的检出限低、线性范围宽、操作简单快速,适合广泛推广。
atomic fluorescence photometric method is a kind of good trace analysis technology, has the advantages of high sensitivity, less interference, can be simultaneous muhi element analysis etc.. In this paper the application of atomic fluorescence spectrophotometric determination of Trace Arsenic in surface water, mercury and selenium. Through the experiment of arsenic, mercury and selenium in precision, accuracy and a series of analysis shows: this method has a disposable sample digestion, simultaneuus determination of arsenic, mercury and selenium content, method of the low detection limit, linear range, simple and rapid operation, is suitable lot wide popularization.
