网织血小板在急性白血病中的检测和临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨网织血小板(RP)流式细胞仪检测方法及RP检测的临床意义。方法以体检健康者30例作为对照,动态监测30例急性白血病(AL)患者外周血血小板(PLT)水平、RP百分比(RP%)并计算RP绝对值(RPC)。结果 AL患者RP%和RPC低于健康者(P<0.05)。经治疗达到临床缓解的AL患者RP%及RPC恢复正常。结论 RP%及RPC能反映骨髓PLT生成情况,且比PLT计数更加灵敏,可作为AL治疗过程中的监控指标。 Objective To investigate detection methods of reticulated platelet (RP) by flow cytometry and its clinical signifi eance in acute leukemia (AID. Methods A total of 30 AL patients and 30 healthy subjects were enrolled and detected for blood platelet count (BPC) and percentage of RP(RP%),and RP counts(RPC) was calculated. Results Compared with heahhy subjects, levels of RP% and RPC were lower in AL patients (P〈0.05). RP% and PRC in AI. patients with clinical remission could be re covered to normal level. Conclusion The percentage and absolute counts of RP could reflect the state of blood platelet producing potential in bone marrow,which could be used as monitoring marker for AL.
