基于核酸电化学适体生物传感器的研究进展

摘要 生物传感器作为一种新兴技术,具有快速、灵敏、高通量等优点,可以满足临床诊断和环境监测的需要[1].生物传感器由识别元件、理化换能器及信号放大装置构成[2].在其设计中,抗体和核酸是最常用的分子识别元件.目前,抗体制备主要依靠单克隆技术,其制备周期长、成本高;抗体对pH、温度等环境要求较高,贮存时间较短,这些因素限制了抗体在生物传感器中的应用[3].
