血清胃蛋白酶原ELISA法检测参考范围探讨 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清胃蛋白酶(PG)的参考范围。方法采用ELISA双抗体夹心法检测3 257例健康者血清PGⅠ、PGⅡ含量,并计算PGⅠ/PGⅡ比值。结果各年龄段PGⅠ、PGⅡ比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),PGⅠ/PGⅡ比值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男、女性PGⅠ和PGⅠ/PGⅡ比值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),PGⅡ检测结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本实验室PGⅠ、PGⅡ和PGⅠ/PGⅡ参考范围分别为69.53～176.22、1.70～27.46μg/L和5.22～63.83。PG检测可作为胃癌初筛、幽门螺杆菌根除治疗效果评价指标,与慢性胃炎和消化性溃疡具有一定相关性。
