摘要
检测电路是交流伺服控制系统的重要组成部分,由电流、电压及位置检测电路组成,完成系统信号如电机的直流母线电压、电机的定子相电流、电机转子的位置等获取工作.分别设计了电机定子相电流的采集电路及处理方法、电机直流母线电压采集电路及电机转子位置检测电路与初始位置定位方法,并对设计的电路进行了实验分析.模拟实验结果表明整个系统具有较好的动态响应和稳态精度,从而验证了文中设计的检测电路的可行性.
In order to obtain a better dynamic and static characteristics,a detection circuit of the AC servo system was designed. The circuit is composed of current circuit, voltage circuit and position detection circuit. The AC servo control system signals such as DC bus voltage of the motor,the stator phase current of motor and the position of motor rotor are obtained by the circuit. Acquisition circuit of the stator phase current, DC bus voltage of motor and motor rotor position detection was designed. Processing methods of the stator phase current and motor rotor initial position location were given. Experimental analysis was carried out on the circuit. The experimental results show that the 750 rpm step response of experimental motor has good performance and the system has good dynamic response and steady-state accuracy,so the feasibility of detection circuit designed is verified. The study provides a theoretical basis for improving the performance of the AC servo system.
