摘要
以邻氟苯甲腈为原料,经一步硝化反应合成了2-氟-5-硝基苯甲腈。最佳反应条件为:n(邻氟苯甲腈):n(硝酸钾)=1:1,50 mL浓硫酸作溶剂,温度20℃,反应1.5 h,在此条件下原料邻氟苯甲腈转化率100%,2-氟-5-硝基苯甲腈产物的收率为100%。最优条件下的重复实验表明,该反应易于控制,重复性较好。
2-Fluoro-5-nitrobenzonitrile was prepared from 2-Fluorobenzonitrile. The reaction condition was mild and the process was easy to be controlled. The outcome was tested by GC and calculated quantitatively, it turned out that both the yield and the conversion rate could be up to 100% under the optimal conditions that n(2-Fluorobenzonitrile): n(potassium nitrate)= 1 : 1, 50 mL sulfuric acid used as solvent and reacted at 20 ℃ for 1.5 h. The repeated experiments under optimal conditions showed that the preparation method was easy to be controlled and good in repeatability.
