摘要
采用稀土催化剂进行丁二烯的顺式聚合,在聚合过程中引入三氯化磷进行末端改性,合成了偶联的聚丁二烯。考察了三氯化磷用量、改性时间、改性温度及烷基铝用量对改性效果的影响。末端改性的适宜条件为:聚丁二烯数均相对分子质量为13 200,改性温度50℃,n(PCl_3)/n(Al(i-Bu)_2H)=1.0,改性时间为30 min,聚丁二烯的偶联效率达38.6%,偶联度为1.47。
Butadiene was polymerized to some extent in the presence of rare earth catalyst before adding phosporus trichloride to the solution for end-modification and the coupling cis-1,4 polybuta-diene could then be obtained. Influences of the amount of phosporus trichloride, modification time, modification temperature and the amount of aluminum alkyl have been investigated. It was found that suitable technological conditions were: number-average molecular weight of polybutadiene was 13 200, coupling temperature was 50 ℃, n(PC13)/n(Al(i-Bu)2 H)=1.0 and the coupling time was 30 rain. The coupling efficiency of polybutadiene was up to 38.6% and coupling degree was 1.47.
