摘要
以2,6-二叔丁基苯酚、多聚甲醛、硫化氢为原料,碱为催化剂,在有机溶剂中进行硫代缩合反应,合成了抗氧剂双(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苄基)硫醚(简称甲叉-4426-S)。适宜工艺条件为:n(2,6-酚):n(多聚甲醛)=1:2.0,n(2,6-酚):n(硫化氢):n(碱催化剂)=1:0.9:0.95,反应温度50~55℃,反应时间45~50 min;产物收率达93%~96%。反应母液循环使用10次,产物收率在92%~96%,熔点142.4~144.1℃,液相色谱纯度大于98.5%,经IR、~1H RMR、^(13)C NMR、LC-MS对产物进行了确证。该合成工艺解决了传统生产过程中的废水污染问题。
Using 2, 6-di-tert-butyl phenol, poly formaldehyde and hydrogen sulfide as raw material, base as catalyst, antioxidant of bis(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzyl) sulfide (Methylene-4426 S, for short) was synthesized by thio-condensation reaction in organic solvents. The optimal conditions of synthesis were as following: the molar ratio of 2,6-phenol and poly formaldehyde was 1 : 2.0, 2,6 phenol, hydrogen sulfide and base catalyst was 1 : 0.9 : 0.95, the reaction was carried out at 50 -55 ℃ for 45 -50 rain and the yield of the product could achieve 930%. 96%. After 10 times recycling of the mother liquor, the yield of the product was 92%- 96%, melting point was 142.4 - 144. 1 ℃ and the purity of product was more than 98.5%. It was confirmed that the structure coincided with bis (3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzyl) sulfide by analyzing with IR, 1H NMR, ^13C NMR and LC-MS.
