摘要 综述了国内外近几十年来有关烟草亚硝胺的研究进展,阐述了烟草亚硝胺的形成、危害及其致病机制,分析了烟草亚硝胺的各种检测方法,简要探讨了降低烟草中特有亚硝胺的途径,并提出了目前该领域所面临的问题与挑战。 The research progress of tobacco-specific N-nitrosamines both at home and abroad in recent decades was summarized in this paper, and the formation of nitrosamines, hazards and pathogenesis of TSNAs were also described. The detection methods for TSNAs were analyzed and the pathway to reduce tobacco-specific nitrosamines was discussed in detail. At last, the current problems and challenges faced in this field were presented.
