三个蜡梅品种枝条组织结构与抗寒性关系的初步研究

Study on the shoot tissue structure of Chimonanthus varieties in relation to cold resistance

以蜡梅为研究对象,对3个常见蜡梅品种的1年生枝条进行了解剖构造的观察和测量,并对其相对电导率进行了测定。结果表明,蜡梅品种枝条的木质部面积比例与抗寒性呈正相关关系,韧皮部面积比例与抗寒性呈负相关关系,可以把木质部和韧皮部的面积比例作为蜡梅抗寒性的形态结构鉴定指标之一。

The anatomic structure of varieties have been studied, and the the annual branches of three Chimonanthus praecox relative electrolyte leakage has been determined. The experimental results shows that the ratio of the thickness of xylem to the whole thickness of shoot is in positive correlation with the cold hardiness. Conversely, the ratio of the thickness of cortex was inversely correlative with the cold resistance. The characteristics in shoot tissues could be one of the indicators of cold resistance of Chimonanthus praecox.
