地佐辛复合丙泊酚与腰麻应用于PPH术的效果比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较地佐辛复合丙泊酚与腰麻在PPH术中的应用效果。方法将47例ASAⅠ-Ⅱ行PPH术的患者随机分为D组(n=20)和S组(n=27)。D组以地佐辛复合丙泊酚行全麻,S组行腰麻。术中监测血压、心率、脉搏氧饱和度、辅助呼吸时间、体动例数及患者满意度,术后回访记录术毕、5min、30min、3h时的VAS疼痛评分、Ramsay镇静评分及术毕到需要镇痛处理的时间,记录两组不良反应的发生情况。结果D组的麻醉效果及术后镇痛效果与S组相当,地佐辛复合丙泊酚全麻后患者要求镇痛处理的时间略早于腰麻组。绪论地佐辛复合丙泊酚全麻可作为腰麻禁忌证患者的替代麻醉用于PPH术。
