摘要
利用4,4′-双(4-氨基苯氧基)二苯硫醚(DADPSE)单体与3,3′,4,4′-二苯醚四羧酸二酐(ODPA)单体进行聚合反应制得了粘稠状的聚硫醚酰胺酸(DADPSE/ODPA-PAA)溶液,经涂膜热亚胺化得到聚硫醚酰亚胺(DADPSE/ODPA-PI)薄膜,并对溶液的粘度以及薄膜的电性能、力学性能、红外光谱、紫外-可见光透光率进行了研究,结果表明:制备的聚酰亚胺薄膜具有优良的绝缘性能和力学性能,且透明性较好。
A polyamide acid (DADPSE/ODPA-PAA) solution was synthesized by polycondensation reaction between 4, 4′-bis (4-aminophenoxy) diphenyl sulfide (DADPSE) and 4, 4′-oxydiphthalic dianhydride (ODPA), and the corresponding polyimide (DADPSE/ODPA-PI) film were prepared by thermal imidization of the DADPSE/ODPA-PAA thin layer. The viscosity of the solution, the electrical properties, mechanical properties, FT-IR and UV-visible transmittance of the film were studied. The results show that the polyimide film has excellent insulating and mechanical properties and good transparency.
