摘要
应用Ansoft HFSS软件对高压电缆附件中的局放电磁脉冲传播特性进行建模仿真,对不同局放位置的电磁波传播特性进行分析,在此基础上研制了适用于电缆附件中局放检测的内置电容型传感器,同时对传感器的等效电路模型进行分析,探讨影响传感器性能的各种因素。结果表明:该传感器抗干扰能力更强,具有较高的灵敏度,适用于电缆附件的局放检测。
The propagation characteristic of partial discharge electromagnetic pulse in HV cable accessories was modeled and simulated by Ansoft software, and the propagation characteristic in different partial discharge locations was analyzed. Based on it, a capacitive sensor suitable for cable accessories was prepared, and its equivalent circuit model was studied. The factors influencing the performance of the capacitive sensor were discussed. The results show that the capacitive sensor has strong anti-interference ability and high sensitivity, which is suitable for detecting partial discharge in HV cable accessories.
