摘要
目的:了解扬子鳄松果腺内生长抑素免疫反应物质的存在和分布规律。方法:应用ABC免疫组化方法,对5条扬子鳄松果腺内生长抑素免疫反应阳性纤维和细胞进行了观察。结果:扬子鳄松果腺实质表面可见生长抑素免疫反应阳性神经节及膨体状阳性纤维。实质内可见点线状细长的生长抑素阳性纤维分布,以近柄侧较丰富,小血管及窦样间隙的周围亦可见生长抑素免疫反应阳性纤维。结论:扬子鳄松果腺内生长抑素免疫反应阳性纤维和细胞的数量虽较哺乳类动物为少,但已具备与高等脊椎动物相同的特异性抗原。
Objective: To study the distribution of somatostatin immunoreactive (SS-IR) fibers and cells in the pineal gland of the alligator sineasis. Methods; The pineal gland of 5 neonatal Yangzi alligator sinensises were observed by immunohistochemical ABC methods. Results: SS-IR nerve fibers and cells were demonstrated in the pineal gland. The nerve fibers were located throughout the gland, both perivascularly and intraparenchymally, with the highest density in the pineal gland of proximal part. Conclusion; This suggests that amphibious crawl animal alligator sinensis contain the same specific antigen as the high forms of vertebrate.
