Study on Shunt Extrusion Forming Process of Spur Gear

摘要 分析了直齿轮在冷挤压精密成形过程中成形压力过大的特点,采用分流挤压二次成形工艺以降低成形力。运用UG建立直齿轮挤压几何模型,Qform2D/3D锻造模拟软件对齿轮冷挤压分流成形工艺进行模拟分析。通过模拟分析结果,确定了合理的成形方案,实践证明该工艺能有效地降低成形压力,保证轮齿填充饱满,提高模具寿命。 The excessive forming pressure characteristic of spur gear in cold precision extrusion process was ana- lysed; Shunt extrusion by two-step formation was used to reduce the forming force . Spur gear geometry model was built with UG, and numerical simulation analysis was carried out for cold extrusion shunt forming process of spur gear operated with professional forging analysis software Qform2D/3D. By analyzing the simulation results, a reasonable process was determined. Practice proves that the process can effectively reduce the forming pres- sure, ensure tooth filling plumpness ,and increase the die life.
