Structural Change and Economic Growth of the SCO Members

在产业结构和经济增长融合研究的理论基础上,根据上海合作组织成员国1990-2011年22年的产业数据和GDP的数据,考察产业结构变化和经济增长事实,是一个重要的研究视角。自1990年以来,上合组织六国产业结构变化的主要因素,一是技术进步,经济生产能力得到改善,不同部门增长速度不同,推动了产业结构调整;二是人均收入上升,引起需求结构变化,也带动了产业结构的演化。上合组织成员国经济发展水平不同,要素禀赋各异,与此相匹配的产业结构有较大的差异。从上合组织成员国三个产业的贡献率及其发展趋势可以看出,其产业结构变化也对经济增长产生影响,体现出"结构红利"的动态关系。

Based on the theory of the relationship between structural change and economic growth, and according to the industrial structure and GDP data of the members of the SCO from 1990 to 2011, it is an important perspective to explore the structural change and economic growth. Since 1990, there have been two main factors influencing the industrial structural changes in the six members of the SCO. First, due to advances in technology, improved production efficiency and different sectors with different growth speed, the industrial structure has been adjusted. Second, because of the increase in per capita income and changed structure of demand, the industrial structure has evolved. There are different levels of economic growth and different factor endowments of the six members of the SCO, as a result, there are differences among the industrial structure accordingly. On the basis of contribution rate and development trend of the three industries of the SCO members, we can find that the industrial structural change also has an impact on the economic growth, embodying its dynamic relationship of 'structural bonus'.
