摘要
印度服务外包业向乡村转移是经济、信息全球化背景下服务产业向国际国内纵深转移改变劳动力就业空间分布的最佳例证。通过对印度服务外包业向乡村转移的现状、成因及效果的剖析,不仅可为我国利用服务产业向纵深转移增加农村就业,提高农民收入提供一种思路,更重要的是为打破制约我国服务外包产业持续发展的人才瓶颈提供了一种可资借鉴的范式。
Rural transfer of India's outsourcing service is the best example of employment spatial distribution that is caused by global and domestic outsourcing services'transfer in economic and information globalization.The article analyzes Through the emerging tendency,causes and effects of the inward transfer of India's outsourcing services,explaining a meaningful alternative for China to improve the rural employment/income pattern and remove talent bottleneck through rural transfer of outsourcing services.
