Graves病致钙磷代谢异常40例临床分析

Clinical analysis on relationship between graves disease and the abnormal metabolism of calcium and phosphorus from 40 cases

目的 :探讨甲状腺功能亢进对钙磷代谢的影响。方法 :本文对 40例 Graves病患者治疗前与治疗后及 30例健康对照组采用自动生化分析仪测定血清钙 (Ca)、磷 (P)、碱性磷酸酶 (AKP)以及钾 (K)、钠 (Na)、氯 (Cl)、蛋白 ,并计算血清游离钙(Ca )。放射免疫法测定 FT3、FT4。结果 :Graves病患者治疗前血清游离钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶均明显高于对照组 ,经 1个月～ 2个月抗甲状腺药物治疗 ,随患者 FT3、FT4恢复正常 ,血清游离钙、磷也恢复正常 ,但碱性磷酸酶仍高于正常对照组。结论 :过量甲状腺激素可导致钙磷异常代谢 。

Objective To explore the effect of hyperthyroidism on the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus.Method 40 patients with hyperthyroidism before and after treatmeat and 30 control subjects were investigated to determine the levels of calcium,phosphorus,alkaline phosphatase,potassium,sodium,chlorine and protein in serum by automatic biochemistry analysor and free calcium in serum were calculated.FT 3、FT 4 in serum were analysed by radioimmunoassary.Results Before treatment the levels of free calcium,phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase in serum of patients with hyperthyroidism were significantly higher than those of the control subjects.After 1～2 months administration of antithyroid drugs the levels of FT 3、FT 4 as well as calcium and phosphorus in serum refected to normal,but the level of alkaline phosphatase was still higher than that of the control subjects.Conclusion Hyperthyroidism led to abnormal metabolism of calcium and phosphorus and this effect lasted a certain period of time after the control of hyperthyroidism.
