原子转移自由基聚合在生物材料制备中的应用

摘要 原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)技术是一种新型的可控/活性聚合技术,可有效地对聚合物的分子结构进行设计,制备出各种不同性能、不同组成、不同功能的结构确定的聚合物。综述了利用ATRP技术制备各种功能性生物材料嵌段共聚物、接枝聚合物、星型聚合物、超支化聚合物的研究进展。 Atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) is one of the new techniques employed in living/con- trolled radical polymerization. It is effective in the design of different molecular structures of polymers. A va- riety of well defined polymers with different properties, composition and functions can be prepared by ATRP. The applications of ATRP in biomaterials with specific structure, such as block copolymers, graft copoly- mers, star- shaped polymers and hyperbranched polymers are emphatically reviewed in this paper.
